*Unfortunately due to the severe weather aftermath of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria at this time, we are unable to ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Once their mail carrier services have been fully restored we will ship to these areas.

FREE SHIPPING

Gold Lotus is more than excited to provide free shipping on all orders $75.00 and up. To be sure that you get FREE SHIPPING your order total must be $75.00 BEFORE any taxes and surcharges applied, any discount that may be applied your order total must come to $75.00 or more AFTER the discount is applied, so do add another item to your order! FREE shipping applies to within the U.S. only.

If you are charged shipping in error please contact customerservice@goldlotus.us with your order number. *Free Shipping will automatically apply to all domestic orders over $75.00 at checkout*

ORDER STATUS

You will also receive a tracking number via e-mail upon shipment of your order. One key benefit of setting up an account with us is the ability to check the status of your most recent orders  so we do encourage you to create an account for quick, easier access. 

When your package has shipped, please allow at least one business day for the mail carrier to update their site with all tracking information. For order status information you may also e-mail customerservice@goldlotus.us. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery and have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

When an order has shipped, Gold Lotus is not responsible for damaged, lost, stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error of Gold Lotus LLC.

SHIPPING (Within the U.S.) All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

AVERAGE TURN-AROUND TIME: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. EST will not be processed for shipping until the following business day. *Business days do not include weekends nor U.S. Federal holidays*

If there is a rare situation in which your order will take longer than 7 business days to be shipped to you after payment collection, we will notify you via your contact details as a courtesy.

Keep in mind your package may travel through hotter areas, weather forecasts can change and delivery trucks may be 10° warmer than outside!

*Please Note: Gold Lotus LLC is not responsible for melting and/or any damage caused by heat exposure during shipping.*

*We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.*

CANCELLED ORDERS

Orders canceled after they have entered the processing stage will incur a 15% restocking fee. Orders that are sent back to us for reasons other than a authorized defective item return will be serviced a 15% restocking fee. This does not apply to any errors on the behalf of Gold Lotus LLC which will be courteously corrected.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Once an order has shipped and left our location, Gold Lotus is not responsible for damaged packages/goods.  Please contact the mail carrier for any information regarding the delivery and have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

*HIGH VOLUME SITUATIONS (holiday sale promotions such as July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Black Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Father’s Day etc.) will AUTOMATICALLY TAKE A MINIMUM OF 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS!*

Business days DO NOT include weekends nor U.S. Federal holidays. These special turn-around time alerts during promotions are communicated "before, during, & after" each sale event - on every available channel (Gold Lotus Newsletter, Gold Lotus social media pages, as well as during your goldlotus.us checkout). Therefore, constant e-mail inquiries submitted to us pertaining to order/shipping statuses BEFORE the required turn-around time due date of 10 business days may not get answered. Thank you in advance for understanding this!  
 

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the specified tracking number.  Please check your junk mail if the tracking confirmation e-mail is not showing in your main in-box within the appropriate turn-around time frame.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING RATES:

If you wish to place an order and have it shipped out of the country, please contact us first via e-mail at internationalorders@goldlotus.us. Shipping rates for countries will vary depending on where the items will be shipped to.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes: We will calculate all applicable import charges (VAT, duties and/or taxes) at that time.

International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your country's government. Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer. Since orders shipped in Flat Rate Boxes are insured for the full value of order, it may be cheaper to ship in multiple flat rate envelopes due to taxes on large orders.
 

Every country has different rules and regulations when receiving international packages. We follow the general guidelines set by Fedex and DHL for international shipping that are not specific for any given country.

Customs regulations are often different for small packages versus large packages. Please be sure that you are aware of any specific customs regulations for your country. We will do everything we can to help you receive your package, but we cannot be responsible for packages that are detained in customs.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING

Some of the products we carry are packaged in glass jars, metal tins etc.which are sensitive to temperature changes.

During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes or on front porches.

 

Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we are not responsible for melted products. We may at times  have the same issues as companies who make plus ship fine luxury skin care and edibles during summer months!

International Customers: Summer melting is especially a problem for international customers. Orders travel far distances in warm trucks and cargo holds. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS/REFUNDS (For U.S. and INTERNATIONAL Orders)

We appreciate your purchase of the products that we carry at Gold Lotus as our hope is to provide you with an enjoyable, smooth flowing shopping experience.

 

Due to the hand-made, fresh nature of the product brands we carry in addition to product integrity and hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Any item that has been opened or damaged you are unable to return, refund or exchange unless it is a defective product.

  
As we want you to enjoy using your products as much as we enjoy selling them, if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will aim to find a solution.

 

Refunds are solely at Gold Lotus LLC’s discretion.
 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please be advised that you have 7 business days from the date that you have received your order to submit in a “Defective Item Claim”. Upon approval of your defective item claim by the Gold Lotus customer service staff, your refund minus shipping charges will be processed within approximately 7 business days from receipt of the returned Merchandise. *No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorization.*

 

This policy is applicable to purchases made ONLY at www.goldlotus.us. If your purchase was not made at www.goldlotus.us please contact the retailer with whom you purchased from directly. The return policy of that retailer applies and any returns must go through them.

 

You will receive an e-mail which confirms Your refund and that Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase of Merchandise on the Website. Refund times will depend on the credit card company’s policies.

*You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.*

Return Process for Defective Items: You must 1st contact Gold Lotus via e-mail at returns@goldlotus.us and put in the Subject Line “Defective Item Returns Request + Order #”. Provide your order #, invoice copy (proof of purchase), photo images of the item (s) and reason for the return.*Your feedback helps us as we forward this information directly to the manufacturers/suppliers/company brand owners. Regretfully, Gold Lotus will not issue any refunds that do not comply with the foregoing procedure.

MISSING ITEM/WRONG ITEM SHIPPED POLICY (FOR U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Although we check and double check orders prior to shipping, there is a rare possibility of a missing item or a wrong item shipped. If an item is missing please let us know so that we can either ship it out to you, issue a refund or include it in your next order.

 

Unfortunately for International Orders we cannot ship items missing from your order due to the rising cost of international postage.

 

If you receive something you did not order in addition to your order, just enjoy it or share it with someone else!

 

WRONG ADDRESS and NON-RECEIVED ITEMS

If the item is not received and sent back to us by USPS, FEDEX or DHL you will be charged the actual shipping fee: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we have received the package.

 

Sales, Samples and Clearance Items: Unfortunately due to the nature of these products in addition to safety and hygienic reasons all sales are final for all sales, samples and clearance items. All sales, samples and clearance items cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.

 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Gold Lotus reserves the right to designate on the website that certain merchandise is non-refundable and/or non-returnable. Gold Lotus will list any such restrictions on the product detail page.
