THERE ARE TIMES DURING THE YEAR WHEN WE CLOSE FOR BUSINESS EVENTS, URGENT BUSINESS MATTERS, HOLIDAY FAMILY TIME, FAMILY EVENTS, VACATIONS OR EVEN A FAMILY EMERGENCY. WE WILL POST THESE DATES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE INFORMED AND UPDATED.

We are closed on all U.S. legal holidays so that we can spend time with our family and friends in addition to enjoying the holidays!

**Thanksgiving Day 2021:We will be closed at 12:00 p.m. Noon (EST) on Wednesday-November 25th the day before Thanksgiving Day, on Thanksgiving Day, the Day After Thanksgiving and the entire Thanksgiving Weekend (Saturday+Sunday)!

**Christmas Day 2021: We will be closed  on Friday December 20th, the entire Christmas Weekend (Saturday+Sunday), that Monday-December 23rd, Tuesday-December 24th and Christmas Day-December 25th!

** New Year’s Weekend 2021/New Year’s Day 2022: We will be closed on Friday December 28th, the entire New Year’s Weekend (Saturday+Sunday), that Tuesday-December 31st and Wednesday-New Year's Day-January 1st.

WINTER HOLIDAY BUSINESS HOURS (2021)

Orders can be placed online during our holiday break days. However, we will not be able to provide assistance by e-mail over the extended holiday weekends.

Closed: Thursday-November 25th (closing at 12:00 p.m. E.S.T. on Wednesday 11/24) through Sunday-November 28th

Orders received on or after November 25th will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after we re-open on Monday-November 29th.

Closed: Thursday - December 19th (closing at 12:00 p.m. E.S.T.) through Wednesday-December 25th

Orders received on or after December 19th will be processed and shipped when we re-open on Thursday- December 26th.

Closed: Friday, December 27th through Tuesday-January 2nd 2019  

Orders received on or after December 27th will be processed and shipped when we re-open on Thursday-January 2nd.

The Holiday season is a very busy time for us and while the Gold Lotus family works hard to continue our prompt shipping, it may take a few days longer to pack and ship orders.

​

The Holiday season is a very busy time for the U.S. Postal service. We have been told that Priority Mail can take 2 to 5 business days during the Holidays and even that is not guaranteed.

Christmas orders (shipped within the U.S.) placed and paid for before Midnight, E.S.T. on Friday, December 14th will be shipped no later than Monday-December 17th and should arrive in time.

Please understand, we have no control over the U.S. Mail. We are located in New York so depending on where your items will be shipped to you may want to order earlier!

International Customers: Mail delivery at times may be delayed in the U.S. and mail delivery is also affected by the local post offices in your country.  We cannot make any predictions as to the amount of time it will take for packages to arrive during the Christmas season. We cannot guarantee any arrival times. Please order VERY EARLY!
